Allan Mandikate, is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, where he advises leaders on how to redesign their organisations and workforces to be future ready. With more than 17 years’ experience in strategy, organisational transformation and change, Allan has worked across multiple sectors, including retail, consumer businesses, financial services, telecommunications, utilities and mining.

Allan is particularly focused on how AI is reshaping operating models, skills and culture in retail and consumer-facing organisations—and what this means for the HR function. He has led large-scale organisation redesigns, built future-state capability maps, and supported complex M&A and separation programmes, giving him a front-row seat to how technology and people strategy must come together for transformation to succeed.
