A leading figure in South Africa's tech entrepreneur community, Caroline is shaping the future of frontline work by simplifying how employers communicate with and support deskless workers. She holds an MBA from UCT and a Master of Advanced Management from Yale. Her philosophy is that the simplest technology, when well-implemented, is often the most effective. And that AI's greatest potential lies in creating more equitable digital access.
