Daniel Brits

Daniel Brits' journey with EasyRoster began in 2009, when he joined the organisation as a consultant.
Over the past 16 years, he has partnered with clients across more than 30 countries, gaining deep insight into workforce management across diverse industries and operational environments.
In 2019, Daniel was appointed Business Development Manager, followed by roles as Product Manager in 2020 and Senior Product Manager in 2023. 
In 2024, Daniel was promoted to Divisional Executive, reflecting a continued focus on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
For the past five years, Daniel has been responsible for divisional performance, product strategy, and roadmap execution. 
During this time, EasyRoster successfully launched both its web platform and mobile application—key milestones in the organisation’s evolution. 
These achievements represent only the beginning, as the business continues its journey toward delivering even greater value and impact for clients globally.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel finds great fulfilment in his family, friends and sport.
