He has extensive experience supporting multi-site retail environments, driving performance through clear HR governance, employee engagement, and practical people solutions. Gabriel is particularly passionate about aligning HR practices with business realities, building capable frontline leadership, and creating fair, transparent reward and performance frameworks. He brings a pragmatic, people-centred perspective to complex workplace challenges and currently serves as Head of Human Resource Operations for JB Group in Botswana and Namibia
