Gill Hofmeyr

Gill Hofmeyr leads the Deloitte Africa Organisation Transformation Practice and brings over 30 years of experience delivering large-scale business and HR transformation across Africa and North America. Her expertise spans organisation and operating model design, HR strategy, leadership and talent solutions, shared services, M&A integration, customer experience, and technology-enabled transformation.
She works closely with senior leaders to drive sustainable change, with a strong focus on consumer-led industries, including retail, telecommunications, financial services, and automotive. Gill holds an MSc in Management from Oxford University and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
