Heine Bellingan (CA(SA)) is the co-founder and CEO of JOBJACK, which he started based on his belief that retail, QSR, and merchandising employers will increasingly depend on FIT-based, store-level hiring to remain competitive. As labour costs rise and margins tighten, having the RightFIT people in store-level roles becomes a critical advantage. JOBJACK was built to lead this shift by enabling employers to hire faster and with greater confidence at scale.

Personally, he has one wife and one son, loves fishing and his favourite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People. Since reading the book, he also has friends.
