Nthabiseng Thaba is the HR Director of Leroy Merlin South Africa, with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across complex retail environments. She has led large-scale HR transformation, leadership development, and talent strategies within an international organisation operating in a South African context.

She has been part of Leroy Merlin South Africa’s journey from its early start-up phase with no operational stores to a growing, multi-store business, now operating five stores within Gauteng, functional warehouse and a Retail Training Academy with further expansion underway. She is known for her people-centred leadership style and her strong belief that sustainable business performance is driven by dignity, development, and trust. Nthabiseng brings a grounded, practical perspective to HR leadership, combining global exposure with local market realities.
