Rutendo Marumazvitsva

Rutendo Marumazvitsva is a seasoned and hands-on Human Resources professional with 15 years of experience in Strategic HR Management. She is known for delivering innovative HR solutions that address key business challenges while aligning with organizational goals. 

Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited, Rutendo has driven initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational culture, consistently delivering improved satisfaction and productivity across teams. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Diploma in Applied Organisational Development, Degree in Human Resources Management and an IPMZ Diploma in Personnel Management. She is also a Senior Certified HR Professional (SPHRi, USA) and an active member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ). 

Rutendo’s contributions to the profession have earned her significant recognition, including HR Manager of the Year 2020 at the IPMZ HR Excellence Awards and Second Runner-Up, Female HR Practitioner of the Year by IPMZ 2024. Passionate about leadership, people development, and employee experience, she continues to champion HR as a strategic driver of business sustainability and organizational excellence.
